Do not submit payment until your application has been approved. Invoices will be issued upon acceptance.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations submitted by September 11, 2025 to George Markham, Conference Coordinator, will receive a full refund.
No refunds will be offered after this date.

MANC 2024 Conference Exhibitor and Sponsor Application

Tentative Exhibitor Schedule:

Setup: Friday, October 10 – 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Saturday, October 11 - 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM

Exhibit Hours: Saturday, October 11 – 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM

REGISTRATION

The Exhibit Hall – $225.00

Vendors are invited to have a table at the conference. Exhibitors may set up from 5:00 pm to 7:00 on Friday, 10/10, or 7:00 am to 8:00 am on Saturday 10/11. The exhibit hours will be Saturday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, and we strongly suggest being ready and at your table by 8:00 am Saturday, as attendees like to visit vendors prior to the opening session. One exhibitor per table may attend sessions if desired. Additional personnel will need to register as an attendee if they wish to attend sessions. The fee includes attendance at the conference and lunch for one person on Saturday
